Research and measurement capabilities
- 3D scanning We carry this out using a scanner EviXscan 3D Heavy Duty Quadro PLUS, which enables the precise mapping of a workpiece’s geometry and the identification of deviations from the CAD model.
- Measurements of forgings we carry out on measuring machines Mitutoyo CrystaApex, ensuring the highest accuracy in the inspection of dimensions, shape and geometric tolerances.
- Magnetic flaw detection we carry out using TIEDE flaw detector, detecting cracks and material discontinuities.
- Charpy impact tests we carry out using the HyTT Hoytom impact hammer, when assessing the resistance of materials to dynamic loads.

- Hardness tests We carry out these tests using specialist hardness-testing equipment to verify that the material complies with the technical requirements.
- Analysis of the chemical composition of materials we carry out using SPECTROTEST spectrometer, which makes it possible to verify the correct grade of steel and compliance with quality standards.
