Hardening shop equipment

PEK-TYPE OVEN

The furnace design allows for hardening processes using gradual heating from ambient temperature, as well as annealing processes. The nitrogen atmosphere protects the steel against oxidation and decarburisation.

AFS10ER CASEMASTER-TYPE HARDENING FURNACE

The furnace’s design enables heat treatment and thermochemical processes to be carried out. The methane-based endothermic atmosphere is regulated automatically, which helps to maintain a constant carbon potential during the quenching and carburising processes.

BREW 10 TYPE FURNACE

In BREW-type furnaces, tempering and annealing processes can be carried out. The nitrogen atmosphere protects the steel from oxidation.

WSD-10 SPRAY WASHER

A dual-chamber spray washer with a drying chamber helps to keep steel clean before and after the hardening, annealing, carburising and tempering processes.

Chamber dimensions: 760 × 760 × 1,220 mm.

OQ10-12 BATHTUB

The additional bath contains a hardening polymer. Cooling in the polymer is used when it is necessary to ensure that components with low hardenability achieve the required hardness after hardening.
